Verdad Wine Cellars makes delicious, balanced wines from great Central Coast vineyards. We specialize in wines made from Spanish grape varieties and Cabernet Sauvignon. Over half of our wines are made with Demeter Certified Biodynamic and Organic grapes.
About the Winemaker
Louisa Sawyer Lindquist
Louisa Sawyer Lindquist started Verdad Wine Cellars in 2000, with a vision of making Spanish grape varietal wines grown on the Central Coast of California. In addition to Albariño, Grenache Rosé, Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano, Louisa makes a Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles. Louisa started learning about winemaking working in vineyards on the East end of Long Island before moving to California in 1992. 2020 was her 21st vintage with Verdad.

Verdad Wine Cellars produces critically acclaimed delicious, balanced wines from great Central Coast vineyards. Our wine portfolio includes Albariño, Grenache Rosé, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Graciano and a blend of Carignan, Mourvedre and Grenache that will be released in May 2021. The majority of our wines are Demeter Certified Biodynamic as well as wines made with organic and SIPS certified sustainable grapes.
